The meeting outline is based upon a mix of things, including the prior session, established treatment plan, and events needing immediate attention. Your time and presence is invaluable, so rest assured you will know what to expect in each session.

Your mental health does not exist in isolation.
In counseling, we will also touch upon your overall wellness and self-care. For example, we will review your sleep hygiene, ensure your schedule incorporates time for rest and movement, and find ways to have playful moments throughout the day.
Feedback Gathered
Each individual is different. Every session is, too.
After every meeting, clients share their impressions of the session and feedback on their therapeutic experience in real-time. This can look like offering input on what did and did not work. This also serves as an opportunity to check in on the therapeutic relationship.

We will touch base on your preferred method of learning. Whether it be kinesthetic, auditory, visual, reading/writing, or something else, your preference will be accommodated as best as possible. You will also receive resources that fit your needs.
